Sales Contract

This Sales Contract ("Contract") is entered into on December 6, 2024 ("Effective Date"), by and between:

Seller: Investilyze ("Investilyze," "we," "our," or "us"), with a principal place of business at https://investilyze.com, and

Buyer: The individual or entity purchasing a subscription to Investilyze’s Services ("Buyer," "you," or "your").

1. Scope of Agreement

This Contract governs the sale of subscription-based access to Investilyze’s stock news and actionable tips services ("Services"). By purchasing a subscription, Buyer agrees to the terms outlined in this Contract.

2. Description of Services

Investilyze provides:

Access to an online dashboard displaying curated stock news aggregated from various sources.

Instant or hourly notifications containing actionable buy/sell tips based on Buyer’s chosen subscription tier (Pro or Regular).

Services are provided for informational purposes only, and Investilyze does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided. Buyer must exercise independent judgment when using the Services.

3. Subscription Plans and Fees

Subscription Tiers:

Pro Plan: Includes real-time notifications and additional premium features.

Regular Plan: Includes hourly notifications and standard features.

Payment Terms:

Payment is due in full at the time of subscription purchase.

Buyer agrees to provide accurate billing information and authorizes Investilyze to charge the specified payment method.

Refund Policy:

Full refunds are available upon request within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase. Refund requests can be made by contacting [email protected], or through Lemon Squeezy.

4. Delivery of Services

Upon receipt of payment, Investilyze will provide Buyer with login credentials for accessing the dashboard and notifications based on the selected subscription tier. Delivery of Services is deemed complete once access credentials are issued.

5. Buyer Obligations

Buyer agrees to:

Use the Services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Not share login credentials or permit unauthorized access to the Services.

Refrain from reselling, redistributing, or otherwise commercializing the content provided by Investilyze.

Acknowledge that any reliance on the Services is at their own risk and discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

Financial Outcomes:
Investilyze is not responsible for any financial losses or other consequences resulting from investment decisions made based on the Services.

Service Availability:
Investilyze is not liable for disruptions or unavailability of the Services due to technical issues, maintenance, or other unforeseen events.

No Warranty:
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Termination and Modifications

Termination by Buyer:
Buyer may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting [email protected]. Refunds will only be issued if requested within the 7-day refund period.

Termination by Investilyze:
Investilyze reserves the right to terminate or suspend Buyer’s access to the Services for violations of this Contract.

Service Modifications:
Investilyze may modify the features, pricing, or availability of the Services at its sole discretion. Buyer will be notified of significant changes via email.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Contract is governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising under this Contract must be resolved individually and exclusively through arbitration or the courts of Turkey. Buyer waives the right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

9. Entire Agreement

This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between Investilyze and Buyer concerning the sale and use of the Services and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
